Pricing and billing

How much does ITSupport RMM cost?

Core is $2.00 per endpoint per month billed annually, or $2.50 per endpoint per month billed month to month. Professional is $3.90 per endpoint per month billed annually, or $4.50 billed month to month. Enterprise pricing is quoted individually from 1,000 endpoints. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. Full details are on the Pricing page.

What exactly counts as a billable endpoint?

Any workstation, laptop, or physical or virtual server with an active agent that checked in at least once during the billing period. Network devices monitored by SNMP through an existing agent are not billed separately. Uninstalled agents stop counting from the following billing period.

Is there a per-technician or per-seat fee?

No. Technician and administrator accounts are unlimited on every plan, at no additional cost. You are billed only for monitored endpoints.

Is there a minimum purchase?

Yes, 25 endpoints on Core and Professional. Enterprise volume pricing begins at 1,000 endpoints. There is no minimum contract length beyond the billing term you choose.

Are there setup, onboarding or training fees?

No. Guided onboarding sessions during your first 30 days, policy templates, the script library and documentation are included on every plan. Custom integration development, if you specifically request it, is quoted separately in writing before any work starts.

How do I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from the billing screen in the console or by emailing Info@itsupport-rmm.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and there is no cancellation fee. Annual plans stop renewing when you notify us before the renewal date. Full mechanics are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid invoice, contact us and we will refund that invoice in full. After that window, monthly plans simply stop at the end of the paid month, and prepaid annual terms are not refunded except where required by law or where we materially fail to meet the SLA. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, ACH transfer, and check against an invoice. Purchase orders are accepted, net terms are available for Enterprise accounts, and we can provide a W-9 plus vendor onboarding documentation on request.

Can prices increase during my term?

Not within a committed annual term. For monthly plans we provide at least 30 days' written notice before any rate change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Do you publish comparisons against named competitors?

No. Competitor pricing changes frequently and much of it is negotiated privately, so a named comparison would be unreliable. We publish our own rates in full and describe the general market cost structures we are asked to replace, with a dated methodology note. If you have a competing quote, share what it includes and we will tell you honestly how we compare — including when we do not.

Trial and evaluation

How does the 14-day trial work?

It covers Professional features on up to 50 endpoints for 14 calendar days. No credit card is required, and the trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically — nothing is charged unless you sign an order form. At expiry, console access ends and trial data is deleted within 30 days.

Can the trial be extended?

Yes, on request, in writing. Security reviews and change-control processes often need more than two weeks, and we would rather you complete them properly.

Can we test on production machines?

Most evaluators do. The agent is designed to coexist with existing RMM and endpoint protection agents. We recommend starting with a pilot group of 10–25 devices that covers each operating system you support.

Platform and technical

Which operating systems are supported?

Windows 10 and Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 through 2025, macOS 12 Monterey and later on Intel and Apple silicon, and Linux distributions including Ubuntu LTS, Debian, RHEL, Rocky and AlmaLinux.

What network access does the agent need?

Outbound TCP 443 over TLS only. No inbound firewall rules, no port forwarding and no VPN are required. HTTP/HTTPS proxies are supported, and we publish the platform hostnames to allow-list for tightly filtered networks.

What happens when a device goes offline?

The agent continues evaluating its local policies, queues results, and uploads them when connectivity returns, so a laptop that spent a week offline does not leave a gap in your patch and inventory evidence.

Does remote control work on macOS?

Yes, but Apple requires the user or your MDM to grant screen recording and accessibility permissions to any remote control software. We document the exact configuration profile keys needed so you can pre-authorize it through MDM instead of asking each user.

How heavy is the agent?

It is designed to stay modest on idle machines and to back off under load. Collection intervals are configurable per policy, so you can trade data granularity for footprint on constrained hardware. We will give you measured figures for your specific OS mix during evaluation rather than a marketing number here.

Can we remove the agent?

Yes. It appears in the installed-programs list, can be uninstalled remotely from the console, and has a documented command-line uninstall. We do not use hidden persistence mechanisms.

Do you have an API?

Yes, a documented REST API with scoped keys, versioned endpoints, documented rate limits and audit logging of every call. Full read and write access is included on Professional and Enterprise; Core includes read-only access. Outbound webhooks are available on Professional and above. See Integrations & API.

How long does migration from another RMM take?

Typically two to six weeks depending on fleet size and change-control requirements. Our agent runs alongside most existing RMM agents so you can validate coverage before decommissioning anything, and we map your existing monitor sets, patch policies and scripts to our equivalents before cutover.

Security, privacy and compliance

Where is our data stored?

For accounts with a US billing address, telemetry, inventory, alert history, session metadata and audit records are processed and stored in United States data center regions. Retention periods per data category are published on the security page and in the Privacy Policy.

Are you SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?

We do not claim certifications we do not hold. Our security page states plainly which controls are implemented — encryption in transit and at rest, mandatory MFA, RBAC, audit logging, script approval workflows, tenant isolation — and which formal attestations exist. Ask us directly and you will get a direct answer, including for questions where the answer is "not yet". Using our platform supports your compliance program; it does not by itself make any organization compliant.

Is multi-factor authentication required?

Yes, for every console user on every plan. It is not an optional add-on. Enterprise plans can additionally enforce SSO/SAML with group-to-role mapping.

Can your staff access our endpoints?

Support personnel do not access your managed endpoints as a matter of course. Where troubleshooting requires access to your tenant configuration, it is performed under least-privilege controls, recorded in the audit log visible to you, and only with your authorization for the specific issue.

Does the agent record screens or keystrokes?

No keystroke logging and no continuous screen capture. Screen content is transmitted only during a remote session that a technician initiates, and session recording is off by default; when you enable it for attended sessions, the end user is shown a notice.

Do you use tracking cookies or sell data?

No. This website runs no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party trackers, and uses only strictly necessary browser storage. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with advertising networks. See the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

Support

What are your support hours?

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time, which covers the business day across the continental United States. Professional and Enterprise plans include a 24/7 emergency line for service-affecting incidents.

What are your response time targets?

Core targets four business hours for critical issues and one business day for standard issues. Professional targets one hour, 24/7, for critical issues. Enterprise targets 30 minutes, 24/7. Definitions, exclusions and credit mechanics are in the SLA.

What uptime do you commit to?

A 99.9% monthly availability target for the platform, with service credits when we miss it, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. The measurement method and credit schedule are in the Service Level Agreement.

Answers on this page describe our terms as of the publication date shown in our policy documents. Where an answer summarizes a contractual term, the governing text is the linked policy or your signed order form. If you find any statement on this website that appears inconsistent with our policies, tell us at Info@itsupport-rmm.com and we will correct it.
